She is famous for her legendary Christmas biscuits. She swings the wooden spoon with heart and soul and is - in spite of her well-deserved short trips - indispensable for us.
   
   
 
 
   
„"Home-comer". He was on the way in half of Europe with several show productions, but he has found his base in Bad Ischl again. Since March 2003 he has been responsible for marketing, management and organization in the field of catering service.
   
   
 
 
   
He is a creative talent and the youngest of the Auer Family. He is responsible for the working with the internet, graphic arts, layout, design and organization of events. The daily "pushing" of brother Jochen drives him to top performances…and to insanity…
   
   
 
 
   
She usually works as a waitress but at the moment she spoils and cares for
her family at home. She is in the period of rest, but she helps us from time
to time. If she doesen`t care for her two children Lisa and David, she has
time to sweeten our life with self-made pies.
   
   
 
 
   
She is responsible for bookkeeping and pay slip. Furthermore she is in
charge of the Pfandler Sparverein (club for saving money) in the Gasthof zum
Pfandl.
   
   
 
 
   
Our Styrian original cares for everything. Actually he is a professional
cook but he is very efficient working in the service or organizing things,
too. He loves Brigitte and our Austrian beer.
   
   
 
 
   
She has her heart on the right place and has been working for moren than ten
years as a waitress in our house – in stressing situations even as a
chambermaid.
   
   
 
 
   
She was born in the former Yugoslavia and cares for the dirty laundry. She
works with heart and soul.
   
   
 
 
   
Christian has got a passion for piercings and tatoos and is - at the sweet age of twenty - trainee in our kitchen.
   
   
 
 
   
Stefan is our & "chick" and works as trainee for kitchen and service. He entertains the whole team with his unbelievable jokes.
   
   
 
 
   
She is trainee in the service and comes from Bad Goisern. She astonishes our
guests with her funny and refreshing jokes.
   
   
 
   
After some years in Swizzerland, Florence - the man with the big nose - has found the way back to his former apprenticeship. He is indespensable to us. Flo is still searching for the one and only love.
   
   
 
 
   
Marianne, our power-lady, has made the apprenticeship as pastry cook.To get
a tatoo she had to be brave for six painful hours (nonstop). She spoils our
guests with sweets and other delicacies from the kitchen.
   
   
 
 
   
Mike, our 18-year-old baby, is trainee in kitchen and service. He loves
Hip-Hop but at the moment he gets crazy when he hears the children`s song
"Schnappi das kleine Krokodil"
   
   
 
 
   
She is very diligent and helps us with the service. She entertains colleagues and guests with her spontanous jokes.
   
   
 
 
   
Doris is well known and popular among colleagues and guests. She works very attentive and cares for the welfare of our guests.
   
   
 
 
   
He is a real character from Styria. With love for the detail he spoils and surprises our guests with culinary ideas.
   
   
 
 
   
His roots lie in the Mühlviertel (part of Austria), but he astonishes us with stories and experiences from all over the world.
   
   
 
 
   
His nickname is "Fitsch" and he is the master of logistics. No matter what we need - he knows how things work.
   
   
 
 
   
He is the good soul of our house. Nothing can stress him, but if it happens, MAOAM (sweets) helps him in all situations.
   
   
 
 
   
An experienced person concerning questions of marketing. She works out best offers for our business customers and gives helpful advice and suggestions to our service team.
